Design milestones
One place to review the project history and the final website direction. The August 22 handoff incorporates the collective feedback received on August 18.
Final website for collective review.
This final direction combines the strongest elements of both website options and incorporates the collective feedback received on August 18.
Please review the complete site and send one consolidated set of collective feedback by August 25. After August 25, the site moves into final production and only minor corrections should be made—not major structural, design, or content-direction changes.
Final direction
Combined the preferred Option 2 homepage and Collective page with the preferred Option 1 About, What We Do, and Work With Us structures.
Homepage
Removed the metrics banner, shortened the About copy and commitment headings, added the team profiles after the Meridian statement, and introduced “Bridging” in the primary hero heading.
About
Updated the banner wording, used the preferred editorial layout, and removed the repeated Approach and Values section so it remains on the homepage only.
What We Do
Updated the hero and lower imagery, simplified the capabilities presentation, and used the dark Capital & Strategy section with the new bridging headline.
The Collective
Replaced bios with three descriptors and a representative quote for each member, retained the varied featured-work layout, and diversified the order of member work.
Featured work
Updated ConnectED Fellows copy, link, and preferred image; revised the Stanford accelerator description and link; and consolidated Katherine’s work into one Built to Last Substack feature.
Work With Us
Moved “Is this a fit?” to the top, balanced the four engagement formats, retained the process section, placed the light contact form at the bottom, and replaced the hero photo with a Meridian gradient and cropped logo mark.
Production clean-up
Standardized calls to action, improved responsive behavior, cleaned internal development notes from the source, and compacted the final front-end file.

The system uses a deep navy, off-white and white foundation with chartreuse as the primary accent.
