Event design, poster campaigns, and visual identity across programs, hackathons, and campus activations. Graphic work that brought people together.
As creative lead and faculty advisor since 2022, I designed all promotional materials and visual identities across events and programs. Posters, event pages, social media graphics, and campaigns. The design work was the front door. Students walked through it and became part of something.
Digital Design for Sustainability
A two-part event combining an industry speaker series with a hands-on design challenge. Students tackled UX solutions for climate change and sustainability. I designed the full event identity: poster, promotional graphics, and social media campaign, and organized the event from speaker outreach to logistics.

Climate VR Series and Hackathon
A recurring series held each year around Earth Day, exploring VR and AR as tools for climate storytelling. Students use Adobe Aero to create immersive experiences visualizing environmental impact. I design the event identity each year: poster, social graphics, and promotional materials, and organize the event from speaker outreach to the final challenge.

AI for Good, Pan-Pacific Creative Jam
A global design challenge co-hosted by SJSU and Swinburne University of Technology in Australia. Over 70 students across 19 teams created campaigns exploring the human side of AI. I designed the full event identity: poster, banner, and social media campaign, and co-organized the competition from judges and speakers to student team logistics.

More than a design challenge, it was a platform for student voices to reimagine the role of technology in our future.
"Without Tina's collaborative spirit and tireless efforts, we would not have been able to make such a profound impact at SJSU."

International Mother Language Day Exhibition
An annual celebration of linguistic and cultural diversity, held each February at the San José Museum of Art. I have been the sole creative behind all marketing materials since founding the exhibition — from the original back illustration to posters, banners, postcards, and social media graphics, each year developed as a fresh identity while staying true to the spirit of the event.
Lemon Sprint
A beginner-friendly international design sprint for higher education students, focused on Social-Emotional Learning. Teams designed web prototypes in Adobe XD exploring emotional triggers and resilience during the pandemic. Co-hosted with John Delacruz (SJSU) and Judy Wood (Humber College), with guidance from Adobe.
I co-designed the promotional materials alongside Mona Korani, who led the visual identity and motion design. The collaboration brought together graphic, motion, and event design into a cohesive campaign.
