Bringing AI to
Higher Education

60+ keynotes & workshops. Stanford to Cornell. One transformative vision.
Leading nationwide AI education initiatives through strategic partnerships with top institutions and tech leaders. From keynoting at Lawrence Tech and CATE Convention to workshops at Stanford and Cornell, I design and deliver hands-on learning experiences that empower educators to integrate AI, XR, and creative technology into their practice.
Building educator communities: These aren't just presentations, they're community building sessions where educators become advocates for AI in education. When a professor at Stanford starts using AI tools after my workshop, they inspire colleagues. When teachers at CATE share what they learned, it ripples through districts. This grassroots approach to technology adoption shows how lasting change happens: not through top-down mandates, but through empowered communities of practice.

Strategic Product Partnerships

Co-designing the future of creative tools with industry leaders

Adobe Product Innovation Lab (2024) Co-facilitated product design workshop at Adobe HQ with student designers to shape Adobe's next-generation student engagement platform. Led design sprints exploring post-graduation tool retention, portfolio showcasing, and continuous creative journeys. Student insights directly influenced Adobe's product roadmap for educational tools serving 900K+ users. This wasn't consultation it was active co-creation, bringing user voice directly into the product development cycle.

BetterLesson Learning Modules Developed 12 AI-integrated learning modules reaching 1.4M+ educators nationwide. Each module tested different engagement patterns, interaction models, and scaffolding approaches. The data gathered informed both curriculum design and product features, showing which onboarding flows work, where users drop off, and what drives sustained engagement.

Meta VR Classroom Initiative Secured $8.7K in equipment and built immersive learning labs that became testing grounds for VR adoption in education. Documented friction points, developed workarounds, and created implementation playbooks now used across CSU system. This grassroots R&D directly addressed enterprise VR deployment challenges.

Community Architecture & Scaled Mentorship

Building self-sustaining learning ecosystems

Adobe Ambassador Program Leadership Architected peer-learning system where 200+ student designers teach each other annually. Designed onboarding flows, skill progression paths, and community rituals that increased tool adoption by 40%. The model works because it mirrors successful product communities: early adopters become evangelists, creating organic growth loops that scale without additional resources.

Cross-Campus Innovation Network Built bridges between SJSU, Stanford, Cornell, and U Toronto for collaborative workshops. Created shared resource libraries, cross-pollination events, and joint projects. This network architecture demonstrates how to scale innovation across silos, essential for enterprise product adoption.

Research-Driven Product Insights

Converting academic research into actionable product improvements

Every workshop generates data. Every curriculum module tests hypotheses. Every conference presentation gathers feedback. I've systematically documented:

  • Onboarding patterns that reduce time-to-first-value by 60%

  • Engagement mechanics that sustain long-term retention

  • Community features that drive peer learning

  • Assessment frameworks that measure real skill development

This isn't academic theory, it's product research conducted with real users in authentic contexts, providing insights that controlled A/B tests often miss.
